Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We help you understand the process and prepare — we cannot and do not guarantee any visa, job, work permit or immigration outcome.
What does a consultation include?
A Visa Guidance Session is a 30-minute online conversation about your goal, the general visa categories that may apply, the usual document requirements and sensible next steps, based on official sources. See each service page for exact inclusions and exclusions.
How do I pay?
Initially by bank transfer. After we accept your request we email the account details and your booking reference. Your booking is confirmed only after we verify the payment in our bank account records.
Are government and embassy fees included?
No. Government, embassy, biometric and courier fees are paid by you directly to the relevant authority. Our fee covers our consultancy service only and is always shown separately.
Do I need to send my passport or documents when booking?
No. The booking form never asks for passport numbers or identity-document uploads. If a service later requires documents, we will explain a suitable and secure way to share them.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form creates a request. It becomes a confirmed appointment only after we accept it, you pay, and we verify the payment.
What if I need to cancel?
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Contact us with your booking reference as early as possible.
Which countries do you cover?
Our country pages list the destinations we currently provide general guidance for, with links to the official government sources. Rules change often, so always confirm on the official website.
